A recent report by Deloitte highlighted the 10 most important issues the Commercial Real Estate market will face this year.  This is the 14th year Deloitte has issued the report.  While still slow, there has been visible progress in the CRE world this past year, with improved fundamentals, more access to capital, increased transactions and in some cases better asset pricing.

The Top Ten are :
